Our comprehensive nanny training program ensures that all nannies are fully prepared before starting with a new family. These trainings cover essential topics agreed upon in advance, including the specified job description, basic expectations from a nanny, and fundamental aspects of childcare. Additionally, our program includes instruction on preparing basic and healthy recipes for children, as well as health and safety basics related to childcare.
We understand that each family has unique preferences and requirements, which is why our training program is flexible and customizable. Families have the opportunity to shape the training curriculum according to their specific needs. However, regardless of the individualized content, all nannies undergo a thorough orientation process tailored uniquely for each family.
